A deposit of one third of the total rent is required when you book and the outstanding balance should be paid prior to the holiday. Cancellation - your deposit will be refunded if we can re-let the cottage.
Electricty to be paid for (details on booking). Oil filled radiators downstairs and blow heaters in both bedrooms. Wood is provided for the wood burning stove.
Duvets and cover, pillows and cases, sheets, bedspreads, towels, tea towels provided.
There is no smoking policy.
